FFC is excited to present Artesanías, an event we are hosting with VannStudio this coming Friday! It will be a night of styling, makeovers, sweet sipping, and socializing among fashionistas. Not only that, but we’ll be showcasing beautiful artisan accessories created by indigenous Peruvian women.
Through our work with long-time partner Hoja Nueva, our current project focuses on providing opportunities for and empowering indigenous Peruvian women of the Yine Tribe through their traditional artisanship: weaving, beading, embroidery, and painting.

Entry is free but donations are encouraged! Proceeds from the event will benefit artisan craftswomen and working mothers of the Yine Tribe in the Peruvian Amazon. Proceeds from woven bags and bracelets in particular will go towards benefitting fair labor artisans and funds for FFC to continue pursuing sustainable e-commerce initiatives!
Fashion for Conservation’s mission is to source sustainable fashion to preserve the planet, educate consumers in fashion with a conscience, and promote the empowerment of fair labor and zero waste.
